Your rights and responsibilities
Everyone in the UTS College community has the right to a safe and healthy environment, and to be treated with fairness and respect. Our rules and policies protect your rights.
We hope you have a trouble-free experience with us, but if things go wrong and you need help, it can be helpful to refer to our Student Charter. Any time you’re not sure where to ask for help, our student centre team can point you in the right direction.
Stressful circumstances, and psychological and emotional issues can affect your health, your studies, and your relationships. When things get tough, it’s usually best to talk about it with a professional who can help.
Our Student Success Team is here to help, and they can refer you to the UTS Health and Counselling service.
