On-Campus Enrolment Sessions

All new International students are required to complete their first enrolment on-campus during the week(s) prior to Welcome Week.

These sessions are open from 9am to 4pm, with support provided to you consistently throughout the day.

If you’re having problems accessing eStudent or UTS email:

Log a support request at the ITDS Service Desk portal or call (+61 2) 9218 7000. Remember to include your name, student identification, and a screenshot of the problem.

If your timetable is still incomplete after enrolment had closed, the enrolment team will finalise your timetable and notify you via UTS email when your timetable is ready.

Frequently asked questions

Enrolment is for new UTS College students, students going from UTS Foundation Studies to a Diploma, and students progressing from an English language program to an academic program. Re-enrolment is for continuing academic program students selecting their subjects for the next semester.

Yes! We are happy to help students throughout their enrolment process at any time. Domestic students that are struggling to enrol are encouraged to come to our Enrolment Sessions.
