UTS Fitness Centre
ActivateFit on Harris Street has state-of-the-art fitness equipment and expert staff to get you in shape. It’s part of ActivateUTS, so you get a discounted membership rate as a UTS College student.
Health services
As a UTS College student, you can access health and medical help from UTS Health Services. Confidential services include:
- general medical issues
- sports medicine
- women’s health
- travel vaccinations.
Open Monday to Thursday 8.30am-6.00pm, Friday 8.30am-5:00pm.
Please remember, if you’re an international student, Australian Student Visa regulations require you to have health insurance. It’s called Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) and it qualifies you for consultation and treatment at UTS Health Services. If you can’t secure an approved OSHC Insurance policy, UTS College can arrange one for you before your arrival.
UTS library
As a UTS College student, you have access to the UTS library, one of the most technologically advanced libraries in the southern hemisphere. All its resources are easily accessible to you, including individual and group study rooms, presentation practice rooms and assistive technology rooms. The library’s digital resources are available 24 hours, 7-days a week. UTS Library is open 7-days a week but opening times vary.

The Student Legal Service can also certify documents and witness statutory declarations. Visit Level 5, UTS Tower Building, 1 Broadway, Broadway NSW 2007.
