Remember that your clothes will be seen when you walk across the stage. We recommend neat, business casual attire.

On the day, you will be loaned the following items:

  1. Gown - The gown is worn over the top of your clothes, like a jacket.
  2. Sash – The sash is a long strip of cloth worn over the top of your gown.
  3. Trencher – If you're a Diploma recipient, you'll receive a trencher (graduate hat) to keep.

You will NOT be allowed to participate in the ceremony if you are wearing ripped jeans, thongs, a singlet or t-shirt.

Registrations close 2 weeks before the graduation date. Registrations are now closed. If you were unable to register in time, you can be an audience member and join our livestream. Click here to access the Zoom registration page.

The gowning room opens 90 minutes before the ceremony starts.

All graduates must be seated 30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony, for a mandatory briefing.
