Step 2. Submit your application

  1. Your agent will help you to complete an application form.
  2. Provide certified copies of the following supporting documentation:
    • Original language transcript of academic studies showing subjects and results
    • Original language award certificate (once the qualification has been completed)
    • A certified English translation of above documents
    • UTS College accepted English language test results
    • Copy of passport
    • Visa and attendance record (onshore students)
    • UTS conditional offer letter (English plus UTS degree package students only)
  3. Your education representative will submit your signed application form on your behalf and may request other documents to support your application.

What happens next?

You and your education representative will receive notification of the outcome of your application. Successful applicants will receive a full offer.  If your application needs further assessment, you will be sent a conditional offer and a request for further documents.

Step 3. Accepting your offer

To confirm your place, it is important that you provide us with the supporting documents or additional information outlined in your offer.

Please refer to your offer letter or contact your agent for further information.

In summary, you need to:

  • Supply the additional documents/information requested by UTS College
  • Return the additional supporting documents to your agent. 

To confirm your place there are a few simple steps that need to be completed, your agent will be able to support you through this process.

  • Sign and date your acceptance forms
  • Pay your course fees
  • Return the acceptance forms and proof of payment to your agent.

Step 4. Applying for your visa

  1. Upon receipt of payment, a Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) and Confirmation of Appropriate Accommodation and Welfare (CAAW) (if applicable) will be issued, this confirms the course/s to which you have been admitted
  2. Once you have received your CoE and CAAW you will be able to apply for a student visa. Your education representative will assist you with your visa application.

It is recommeded you read the UTS College terms and conditions prior to applying. All offer letters also include these terms and conditions.
