*Based on successful completion of your diploma with the required Grade Point Average (GPA). The point where you enter into your UTS degree will depend on your course or major. Not all courses and majors will take you into second year.
^For Domestic students: when you articulate to the UTS Bachelor of Engineering (Honours), this will also include a Diploma in Professional Engineering Practice which is a 48-week structured internship program as part of your degree.
^^Conditions apply. Academic entry is based on your HSC subject average of English and your three best board-developed courses. HSC subject average eligibiity:

  • 75% or higher: choose an 8-month Accelerated diploma or 12-month Standard diploma
  • 67% or higher: choose a 12-month Standard diploma
