* Based on successful completion of your diploma with the required Grade Point Average (GPA). Entry into the second year of UTS is only for Digital and Strategic Communication or Media Business Majors. For other majors, the 52 credit points apply to the duration of the degree, allowing for a reduced workload.
^Receive 30 or 48 credit points towards a UTS Bachelor of Laws #.
#Dependent on choice of Practical Legal Training.

^^Conditions apply. Academic entry is based on your HSC subject average  of English and your three best board-developed courses. HSC subject average eligibility:

  • 75% or higher: choose an 8-month Accelerated diploma or 12-month Standard diploma
  • 67% or higher: choose a 12-month Standard diploma or 16-month Extended diploma
  • 63% or higher: 16-month Extended diploma
