Online systems

Here are the online systems you need to set up to get started:
  • Student email. Activate your student email to check your email regularly for communications from UTS College.
  • eStudent is our student administration system. This is where you can enrol, check your classes and timetable and ensure your contact details are up-to-date (including emergency contacts). Use our step by step instructions to set up eStudent. Note: if you are under 18 at the time of enrolment, we will set up eStudent for you.
  • Canvas is where you access your program material and how your teachers will contact you. Search 'UTS College - Students' under your school's name and use our step by step instructions to get started. Canvas is also accessible on mobile, so download the app for IOS or Android.
  • Microsoft Office: you will need this to work on your assignments throughout your program. Use our step-by-step instructions to set-up. 

You may need to set up other systems in addition to the above, depending on your program.

For a great in-class experience, we encourage you to "Bring Your Own Device" (BYOD).
