Next steps

Please advise your students of this important information and to factor it into their travel plans to arrive in Sydney on time.

Withdrawals & deferrals

When a student is admitted but can't make it to Sydney in time to commence the semester, their current offer will be withdrawn and deferred to the next available intake. UTS College will issue a new offer to the student.

You should work with students to accept their new offer in Studylink within 5 days. For students under 18 years, you will also need to provide their new accommodation arrangements.

UTS College, via PRISMS, will confirm non-attendance on the student's CoE, issue a new CoE, and admit the student to avoid the student being issued an S57 due to not having a valid CoE.

When enrolments are closed, UTS College will identify which students have not enrolled, and your regional partner manager will notify you to follow up with those students.
