Enrolment for international students (academic programs)

International students commencing an academic program (diploma, UTS Foundation Studies or Graduate Certificate) are required to enrol on campus (UTS Building 5) the week prior to their Orientation. View our on-campus enrolment dates here.

During Enrolment Week, international students can drop-in anytime between 9am and 4pm to attend an on-campus support session.

These sessions include

  • ITDS session (IT support and set up)
    • activating email account
    • organising Student ID
    • downloading Microsoft Office
    • logging into Canvas)

    • Updating contact details in eStudent
 
  • Student administration
    • enrolment and timetable selection
 
  • Student experience
    • Introduction to Canvas Welcome Week course
    • Campus tour/excursion

Enrolment for domestic students

Domestic students, commencing an academic program (diploma only), can self-enrol through eStudent
 

Late enrolment fee

Note: a late enrolment fee of $150 applies to new students who enrol after Enrolment Week. Late enrolment is not guaranteed and also requires approval from the Dean.
