While there’s no denying we are all undergoing a challenging time, I would like to reassure you that we stand strong in our commitment by supporting you however we best can.
Personally, I am very proud of how quickly and efficiently UTS Insearch has adapted to remote learning. This enables your admitted students to pursue their dreams of undertaking quality Australian education that will lead them to UTS. Our Sydney campus switched to remote learning on Monday 23 March with our TNE offices online from 30 March. Feedback from our students and teachers has been positive and we are working quickly to address and resolve any concerns as they arise. We have extensive support services available – academic, technical and welfare.
While the pandemic presents a difficult time for everyone across the globe, this also presented an exciting opportunity for us to find innovative ways of learning, connecting and supporting one another. Collaborating with online tools via remote learning and creating new online support networks are some of the creative solutions we have successfully delivered.
We are all in this together and I encourage you to keep the communication channels open. Please feel free to reach out to me - I am available to address any concerns or comments you may have - simply reply to this edition of Intouch. Alternatively, you can contact your Partner Manager or Eva Choi.
Finally, on behalf of The Executive, please stay safe and keep positive – together we will get through this unprecedented time. I thank you once again for your support and loyalty.
