Minimum cost of living
The Department of Home Affairs has financial requirements that students must meet in order to receive a student visa for Australia. From October 2019 the 12 month living cost is:
- For students or guardians - A$21,041
- For a partner coming with you - A$7,362
- For a child coming with you - A$3,152
