Next steps - secure your offer

To secure your UTS College offer, complete the following steps:

1. Accept your offer in the student portal. You can:

login using the same details you used when applying and follow the step-by-step video guide.
If you are over 18 years, you can accept your offer without any further documentation required.
If you are under 18 years, you and your parent or legal guardian will need to sign and date the Acceptance form found in your offer letter. Print, scan, and attach the form in the Portal*.

2. Choose your payment option

a) Upfront payment (available to all students)
b) Defer payment of your fees via FEE-HELP. This is available to eligible domestic students only. Please read the FEE-HELP Q&A before making your decision. If you choose to pay through FEE-HELP:

3. Attach any required documentation as outlined in your offer letter.

4. Complete the Government Statistics questions and enter your Unique Student Identifier (USI) in the StudyLink portal.
If you do not yet have a USI, you can set it up here.

5. Activate your UTS account 24 hours after accepting the offer.

6. If you are applying for FEE-HELP:

Have your Unique Student Identifier (USI) and Tax File Number ready.
Log in into eStudent using your student number (found in your offer letter) and new UTS email password. Complete the Electronic Commonwealth Assistance Form (eCAF) to apply for FEE-HELP. See instructions on how to fill in the eCAF and apply for FEE-HELP.
