If you have not yet completed your program, you can request an official digital copy of your Academic Record through the Student Centre.

Completed Student
Once you have successfully completed your program, you will receive your Academic Record after your results have been officially released. Please visit Program Completion for more information.

Alumni
If you were enrolled prior the Semester 2, 2022, please contact the Student Centre at studentcentre@utscollege.edu.au and complete the Application for Student Record. Once your identification has been verified, your digital credential will be issued via MyeQuals. Fees may apply.

First-time user?

1. You will receive an email from My eQuals when a new credential is issued
2. Click the link in the email from your education provider, which will direct you to the registration page if you do not have an account on My eQuals.
3. Enter your personal email, create a password, and agree to the terms.
4. After submitting your details, you will receive a verification code via email that you must enter to complete your account setup and log in for the first time.

Returning user?

1. If you have signed in previously and linked your account to your preferred social sign in or personal email address, you can sign in using these on https://www.myequals.net/user/login

My eQuals is New Zealand and Australia’s official tertiary credentials platform for universities, TAFEs and tertiary education providers. It makes it easy for Education Providers, Learners and Verifiers to view, share and verify certified tertiary credentials online.
 

1. Log in to your My eQuals account. 
2. Go to the Documents section.
3. Select the credential you want to share and click Share.
4. You can then choose to share it via email, a direct link, or directly with a verified organisation.
