Website privacy notice

The purpose of this privacy notice is to let visitors to the Insearch Limited (UTS College) website know what information is collected about them while they are accessing UTS College webpages, how the information is used and whether or not it is disclosed.  This privacy notice does not apply to any non-UTS College webpages which may be reached via links from this website.

Your personal information

UTS College uses this website to promote UTS College including our course offerings, services, activities, facilities, benefits and events.  As the premium pathway provider to UTS, UTS College also uses this website to promote UTS course offerings and activities.

Providing your personal information to UTS College is voluntary and enables us to provide certain services to you.  The personal information we collect through this website may include:

  • the contents of any electronic forms you submit through this website, requesting us to provide services or information which may include personal information such as name, email address and phone number; and
  • any messages or comments you submit to us through this website, or to email addresses displayed on this website, which may include personal information such as name, email address and phone number.

On this website, there may be separate privacy notices dealing with the collection of personal information for the above activities.  Any personal information you provide to us will only be used and disclosed for UTS College’s purposes, or a directly related purpose, unless you consent to another use or disclosure, or as otherwise required or permitted by law.

Web statistics and cookies

UTS College has implemented security policies and measures to protect the personal information that we have under our control.  However, you should be aware that there are risks in transmitting information across the Internet.  While we endeavour to protect personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of any information transmitted to us online and individuals do so at their own risk.

Once any personal information comes into our possession, UTS College will take reasonable steps to protect that information from misuse and loss, and from unauthorised access, modification and disclosure.
