Our focus is to build your skills, develop your confidence and prepare you for success at university, and in your future career in Information Technology. We offer the UTS Foundation Studies (for international students only) and a Diploma of Information Technology, which leads straight into the second year of your UTS IT degree*.

If you have relevant prior qualifications and want to further your career, we also offer a Graduate Certificate in Technology Practice (international students only) which provides 24 credit points^ towards a UTS Master of Information Technology (or Extension) or a Master of Data Science and Innovation. 

*Subject to successful completion of a diploma with the required Grade Point Average (GPA) (domestic students) or no more than two subject failures (international students) and depends on the course you choose. ^Subject to passing all graduate certificate program units and no more than one credit bearing subject failure for the Master of Data Science and Innovation.
