Jong Chun Choi, who completed a UTS College Diploma of IT before graduating with a UTS Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, loves the Sydney lifestyle. “It was a very good experience,” he says, “I remember participating in a ski camp and Halloween party. I also taught disabled students how to swim. Everything improved my English and it felt good.”

This sharp focus on the future and cosmopolitan environment inspires graduates such as Terry Kwon, CEO and CTO at Gix Entertainment in South Korea (a business he founded, creating next-generation gaming technology). Terry’s experience in Sydney was formative. He studied a Diploma of IT at UTS College before completing his Bachelor of Science in IT at UTS. “In Australia, I learnt how to collaborate with people from other countries,” he says. “I experienced how they think differently. I learnt to be principle-based and professional.”
