Students wishing to articulate to the Master of Engineering (Extension), need to have successfully completed a 4-year bachelor's degree, graduate certificate, or graduate diploma in FOE Engineering or IT, relevant to the chosen major.*

Students wishing to articulate to the Master of Professional Engineering, need to have successfully completed a bachelor's degree in FOE Engineering or IT, either accredited at the Engineering technologist level, or a non-accredited Bachelor of Engineering relevant to the chosen major.*

Students wishing to articulate to a Master of Information Technology, need to have successfully completed an AQF6 qualification or higher in any discipline.*

Students wishing to articulate to a Master of Information Technology (Extension), need to have successfully completed an AQF6 qualification or higher in IT, computer science or related discipline.*

Graduate Certificate in Technology Practice

For guaranteed articulation to the master's courses offered by the UTS Faculty of Engineering and IT noted above, you will need to have completed the Graduate Certificate in Technology Practice with no more than 25 percent recorded fails. In the case of the Master of Data Science and Innovation, you will need to have a GPA of at least 4.0 on a 7.0 GPA Scale with no more than 25 per cent recorded fails.
