All new and returning UTS College students are eligible to receive two weeks’ free rent at Yura Mudang housing residence for Semester 1, 2022 or Block 2, 2022 when you book in for a minimum 12 week stay.

To apply, just go to the UTS Housing portal and fill in the application.

• This offer is only valid while rooms are available at Yura Mudang, and must be booked before the end of March 2022. Only 6-share apartments and standard studios are currently available.
• You must be over 18 years to be eligible for this offer.
• If quarantine requirements return, you cannot quarantine at UTS Housing (quarantine must be conducted off-site prior to checking in at UTS Housing).
