Canvas has been fully restored for staff and students today (Tuesday 12 May 2026).
We have reactivated Canvas after conducting our own extensive checks, while collaborating with authorities and the Canvas vendor, Instructure.
The disruption over the last few days created challenges for our teaching and learning. We want to thank all staff for your understanding, patience and continued commitment to supporting students during this time.
A recorded message on our phone system is currently in place with ITDS while we manage this issue. If you have urgent concerns, please contact ITDS Service Desk using the details above.
Your data security and privacy are important to us. We will continue to work closely with Instructure and relevant authorities and will keep you updated via official UTS College channels.
