UTS College campus Security is present in all UTS College buildings, to ensure your safety and to provide additional support as needed. As a student, you are required to carry your identification card to access all buildings and facilities while at UTS College.

How campus security can help

Campus security are here to support you whenever you need help while on campus. They can assist with any safety risks or concerns you may have, help you to find or drop off lost property, or even administer first aid if you or another student is ill or injured. You can be prepared in case of an emergency by familiarising yourself with our emergency procedures and our tips on staying safe in Sydney.

When to contact emergency services (000)

Some incidents or injuries can be more serious and potentially life-threatening than others. It’s important you know when to call triple zero (000) for Police, Ambulance and Fire Services – and when to contact UTS College campus Security, should an incident occur.

Serious Accident (on or off campus)

In case of a serious accident, call triple zero (000) stating who is required: Police, Fire or Ambulance.

Serious risk (on or off campus)

If you are at immediate serious risk, call triple zero (000) stating who is required: Police, Fire or Ambulance.


Medical Emergency (on or off campus)

If you or someone else is experiencing a medical emergency that requires urgent medical attention, call triple zero (000) stating Ambulance.
