Belinda took a few turns to find her path in life.  Following a disheartening HSC year, she took up a Nursing degree in her home city of Newcastle before dropping out after a semester. She then completed a Certificate IV in Business Administration and started working, before coming to UTS Insearch to study a Diploma of Communication.

“It was only by changing directions that I discovered I wanted to do communications and go to UTS Insearch,” Belinda said.

“I am always interested in people’s stories and how they want them to be told. One day I’d like to travel the world to learn about different cultures and write for people who may not have the voice or platform to be heard.”

Belinda said that she is really looking forward to undertaking her Bachelor of Communication at UTS while building her communications career.
